12 Dutch Oven Chicken Dinners ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Hey friends❣️

It's Sunday ~ what are you having for dinner??

12 Dutch Oven Chicken Dinners

A Dutch oven is a kitchen essential that makes for the coziest one pot chicken dinners! These 12 Dutch oven chicken recipes are guaranteed family pleasers. From a creamy Olive Garden copycat Tuscan chicken to cheesy chicken parm meatballs ~ they all cook up in this one amazing pot

My choice for a Dutch oven is enamel coated stainless steel. You’ll want a pot that holds 5-7 quarts for a family of four. Light-colored interiors make it easier to monitor the browning or caramelization of food. When you’re sautéing or browning ingredients, it’s important to see the color changes, which can be challenging in a dark-colored pot.

I make this breakfast recipe more often than any other recipe on my site.

If it sounds weird, work through it because this meal is awesome.

Not sure why this bomb dessert only has 2 reviews, it might be the one I'm most proud of so far this fall!

Warm Banana Pudding Cake 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I’m sitting here trying to think how I can express how utterly incredible this recipe is without using the same old superlatives. I can’t though. This is just a RIDICULOUSLY rich, delicious and easy (? yes, really) dessert this is. I can honestly say, without any exaggeration, that this is a WOW! recipe. The fact that all of the ingredients are things one typically has is a super bonus. This will definitely be the dessert at my next dinner party. It’s that good, and it feels that rich. This is a knock-out, Sue!

I love to make delicious food, photograph it, and write about it, but mostly, I just love to EAT. Isn’t that what it’s all about? My recipes are bold and vibrant, but totally approachable ~ and my philosophy? We should all have the tools to feed ourselves well, and the confidence to cut loose a little in the kitchen. Food should be fun!

Raspberry lemon cake

Hey friends❣️ I’m just popping in to share the season’s most popular desserts. And interestingly, they all happen to be cakes. Not a bad thing at all ~ they’ll carry us right into fall. Let me know if any of your favorites made the list! Raspberry Cake with Lemon Buttercream "I have never left a review on a recipe before. This. Cake. Is. So. Good. Just make it." ~Vanessa Lemon Olive Oil Cake "I shared it with my neighbors and they all went wild. Just delicious!" ~Fellina Mint Chocolate Chip...

Lemony shrimp and beans

Hey friends❣️ I get recipe ideas from all sorts of sources...friends, restaurants, old magazines...but surprisingly, not so much from cookbooks anymore. I have a library full of them, but I don’t seem to reach for them as often as I used to. One source of continual inspiration has been The New York Times. Their food style really resonates with me, probably because I was born and raised there, and I think our food DNA gets set pretty early. New York is definitely in mine. Today’s shrimp and...

Green tahini sauce

Hey friends❣️ Happy Sunday! It happens at the end of every season, I start pumping out all the recipes that you neeeeeed to see before the big change comes and it's too late. It's hardest in summer, when peak tomatoes meet a wall of Halloween candy and all bets are off. But green tahini is actually a pretty perfect transition recipe. Yes, it’s made with masses of fresh green herbs, but it’s also made for slathering, dunking, and dipping all those fried and faux-fried foods that start sounding...
