Embossed Gingerbread Cookies 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Got rave reviews from this incredibly delicious cookie!!! Just one quick question, can you freeze the dough to make the cookies at a later date?
JACQUI

(Sue's answer: "Yes, sure! So glad these were a hit! To freeze the dough form it into a flattened disk, and then you can double wrap it in plastic and foil, or put it in a heavy duty freezer bag and force out any excess air before zipping it up."

I love to make delicious food, photograph it, and write about it, but mostly, I just love to EAT. Isn’t that what it’s all about? My recipes are bold and vibrant, but totally approachable ~ and my philosophy? We should all have the tools to feed ourselves well, and the confidence to cut loose a little in the kitchen. Food should be fun!

Anna Thomas herself calls it “the best bread I’ve ever made,” which is high praise from someone who defined the era and inspired so many of us with a lifelong respect for real food. orange chocolate chip muffins

Hey friends❣️ I think about this a lot. Natural flavors are being crowded out by artificial ones, and it’s changing how food tastes ~ sometimes in ways we barely notice.
