"We love this recipe! It is perfect for serving to guests. I followed the great suggestion to use the stand mixer and I used a large cookie scoop (worked well). I now mix all my meatballs and meatloafs in the stand mixer!! Another great recipe, Sue!"

Hey friends❣️ Ugh. I have the worst habit of resorting to takeout when I haven’t planned dinner. But lately the cost of those orders has skyrocketed, so I’m doubling down on dinner prep.
