Cleaning up my summer habits

Hey friends❣️

I've said this before, but healthy hydration is my pain point.

It might be the most unhealthy aspect of my diet. I'm into my coffee in the morning, and my glass of wine at night, and not much else in between. I know. It's bad.

So I guess you could say this collection is more for me than for you. 🤣

Non-Alcoholic Drinks for Summer

New today!

I've gotten into the habit of picking up those bagged salads at the supermarket ~ you know, the ones with the teeny packets of stuff like diced bacon and other salty add-ins (along with a super gloppy dressing?) Once you start it's hard to stop.

So I created this slaw for myself, it makes up for all that and more. My husband's really into it, and it stays crunchy for days.

I think you'll be surprised at what's in it...let's just say if you're fiber-maxxing, this slaw qualifies!

Mulberry muffins

Hey friends❣️ Coming across fleeting summer fruit is one of the great joys of summer. It could be a pint of perfect strawberries at the farmers market, a backyard mulberry tree, or a black raspberry bush discovered on a hike. These are treasures not to be passed up.
