Dutch Oven Dinners ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Hey friends❣️

It's Monday again ~ what are you making for dinner this week??

Dutch Oven Dinners

It's a cliche but my creamy white Le Creuset Dutch oven really does sit out on my stove top 24/7. I use it so often there's no point in lugging it back and forth from a cupboard. And I like the rustic working kitchen vibe.

There are lots of good dinner ideas here, I'm sure you'll find one or two that work for you.

wild rice salad with cranberries

Latest on the site is a refresh of one of my most popular fall salads. The mix of textures is amazing (wild rice has an incredible 'chew'). Crunchy celery, toasted pecans and a sweet/tart pop from cranberries makes this a winner.

It's a Thanksgiving staple for us but I always make it way before then, we love it for healthy lunch and snacks!

I didn't have the energy to shop yesterday so dinner tonight is a pantry staple.

I did this with pears over the weekend ~ highly recommend!

I get a new cookie cutter every year, last year's was a hit!

White Bean & Bacon Soup 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Positively delicious! I followed the recipe to the letter with the exception of parsley from my garden. Do not omit the tomato paste! It makes a lovely, rich color. Will definitely make again, & this time serving with cornbread. Thanks for sharing!

I love to make delicious food, photograph it, and write about it, but mostly, I just love to EAT. Isn’t that what it’s all about? My recipes are bold and vibrant, but totally approachable ~ and my philosophy? We should all have the tools to feed ourselves well, and the confidence to cut loose a little in the kitchen. Food should be fun!

thin and crispy cookies

Hey friends❣️ The end of daylight saving time hits everybody a little differently. All the years I lived in sunny SoCal I welcomed that rare sense of coziness into my life.
