Our spring weather has inspired more easy homemade dinners and less takeout. It's a trend I hope to continue throughout the season. We're eating better and saving a few bucks ~ it's a win win!

A frozen pie crust is the obvious shortcut for a spring quiche.


The colorful crunchy slaw makes these juicy burgers!


Costco sells clams in the shell, but often I'll make this with canned clams ~ it's delish!


Every time I make pork tenderloin I wonder why I don't do it more often ~ it's so quick and easy!


A crunchy crumble topping finishes off this luxe baked pasta.


Zesty chimichurri sauce gives my fajita bowl a South American flair.
