60+ Crave-able Casserole Recipes

I'm always busy behind the scenes re-testing and re-shooting older recipes. This week my easy microwave fudge got a facelift...(not sure why I'd made fudge any other way!)

We also revisited my espresso ganache tart which is such a great fall and winter dessert for entertaining. You bake the crust briefly, but the filling is just a pour and chill deal!

Cranberry Apple Crisp

One thing I love to do in early cranberry season is to combine them with apples. It softens the tang of the berries, and creates the most stunning colors.

I love to make delicious food, photograph it, and write about it, but mostly, I just love to EAT. Isn’t that what it’s all about? My recipes are bold and vibrant, but totally approachable ~ and my philosophy? We should all have the tools to feed ourselves well, and the confidence to cut loose a little in the kitchen. Food should be fun!
