It's always a good day when I can share a new Irish recipe with you. This one is unique and familiar at the same time. Golden cornmeal gives classic soda bread such a lift. Great flavor, and so pretty! It takes just minutes to throw together and it was perfect with our bowl of soup!

Irish Yellowmeal Soda Bread

I must have 5 different types of cornmeal in my pantry, but I find myself turning to plain yellow cornmeal most often. I love the flavor and color, and the texture is just right; not too gritty for biscuits and even desserts.
