I hope you had a wonderful day yesterday. I’m up early soaking in the peace and quiet... because you know it and I know it ~ Thanksgiving’s great, but the day after is legendary. Bring on the leftovers!

​Sue's Famous Thanksgiving Leftovers Casserole​​

Pull out all those plastic containers, foil packets, and zip lock baggies and just line them up on the counter~ this is going to be good!!

The Thanksgiving leftover sandwich is always popular, but the casserole with turkey, stuffing, and all the fixings is my fave. I show you how to layer it up, step by step. It's going to be lunch and dinner tonight :)

For those unlucky few who didn't snag any leftovers, you can make all of these recipes with supermarket fixings.

Excellent recipe. Made it a few days ago, and I’ll be making another today. Only change made was to thin out sour cream to the consistency of buttermilk, since I didn’t have buttermilk on hand. (I was going to make cranberry muffins today, but my husband wants this cake again. Eats it at breakfast. Hey…it’s like a muffin in cake form, right? Lol)
