It's berry picking season and I'm sharing a few recipes that can be made with just a handful or two of your precious finds.

The rhythm of summer produce is so satisfying. We're not ready for stone fruits or ripe melons just yet, but oh, the berries! If you're lucky enough to be able to pick your own, it's the ultimate experience, and these recipes won't deplete your hard earned stash.

My husband loves creamed corn and polenta, so when I saw this beautiful recipe, I had to try it. We loved it! We kept going back to the kitchen for snitches πŸ™‚ after our dinner. We are so thankful there are leftovers for lunch the next day! Thank you for a wonderful recipe!
I also liked the idea of using whole milk to keep the polenta creamy.

Hey friends❣️ I'm doing a little comfort baking today. Tuck any of these bars into a lunchbox, backpack, or work tote. Does anybody do bake sales anymore? Leftover Ham Recipes

Hey friends❣️ Happy Sunday (and Easter and Passover!) I’ve had a fun week ~ we spent a couple of days in beautiful Minneapolis for a Springsteen concert.
