Hey friends❣️

After 15 years of professional recipe development I don't think I've ever come across a more vibrant flavor...

Black Raspberry Vinaigrette

It's berry picking season and I'm sharing a few recipes that can be made with just a handful or two of your precious finds.

The rhythm of summer produce is so satisfying. We're not ready for stone fruits or ripe melons just yet, but oh, the berries! If you're lucky enough to be able to pick your own, it's the ultimate experience, and these recipes won't deplete your hard earned stash.

Are you plucking your fruit from the produce aisle? No worries, that works too!

Using berries as a garnish is one way to make use of small amounts of perfect fruit:

These individual desserts can be customized to any size:

Sweet Corn Polenta with Shrimp 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

My husband loves creamed corn and polenta, so when I saw this beautiful recipe, I had to try it. We loved it! We kept going back to the kitchen for snitches πŸ™‚ after our dinner. We are so thankful there are leftovers for lunch the next day! Thank you for a wonderful recipe!
I also liked the idea of using whole milk to keep the polenta creamy.

I love to make delicious food, photograph it, and write about it, but mostly, I just love to EAT. Isn’t that what it’s all about? My recipes are bold and vibrant, but totally approachable ~ and my philosophy? We should all have the tools to feed ourselves well, and the confidence to cut loose a little in the kitchen. Food should be fun!

Hey friends❣️ No kidding, I'm convinced cheesecake is the easiest of all desserts, with such a huge payoff! My technique is absolutely the best, (and I bet you've never tried it.) One Bowl Almond Cheesecake Now this is the perfect summer dessert ~ just one bowl to clean, and it goes from fridge to plate with that cool, silky vibe only cheesecake can deliver. Almond is a personal favorite of mind and so many of my most loved dessert recipes (like the pear-almond tart, below) are...

lemon spaghetti

Hey friends❣️ This month dinner is all about minimal heat and minimal effort. Here's how I'm doing it ~ Giada's No-Cook Lemon Spaghetti Sauce! For lemon lovers only and wow, does it pack a punch. Everybody's face brightens when that first forkful hits. Hint: throw a handful of cherry tomatoes into the pasta pot just a few seconds before draining! Thai Chicken Salad Rotisserie chicken's your friend here ~ I can live off this one salad for days!! Mediterranean Orzo with Tuna If you aren't in...

dinner shortcut!

Hey friends❣️ I thought I'd share my absolute favorite dinner shortcut ~ if you love chicken I think you'll love this too. I keep frozen breaded chicken tenders or breasts in my freezer and sub them in for some of our favorite chicken dinners to make them so much quicker and easier. ~ these are uncooked, and that's one of the reasons they're so good. All I have to do is pop them in the oven (about 25 minutes) while I focus on the rest of the dish. I love Bell & Evans brand, but there are...
