Hey friends❣️

Ready to make some pumpkin cookies? I thought so. These classic sugar cookies have just the right amount of pumpkin spice and a crunchy sugar topping that makes them equally beloved by kids and adults alike. Send them to the kiddos class party? Definitely, but make enough to bring to work, too!

I made these yesterday... soooo delicious!!! I didn't have enough applesauce (I only had one kiddo squeeze packet LOL!) so I made up the difference with sour cream. YUM!!!

I love to make delicious food, photograph it, and write about it, but mostly, I just love to EAT. Isn’t that what it’s all about? My recipes are bold and vibrant, but totally approachable ~ and my philosophy? We should all have the tools to feed ourselves well, and the confidence to cut loose a little in the kitchen. Food should be fun!

Hey friends❣️ Happy Sunday! One of the great things about having built such a massive recipe archive here at Great Island is that I can shuffle it in all sorts of fun and creative ways. The flip side is that it’s very easy to lose track of old favorites ~ I think this happens to all of us. So I consider it part of my job to remind you from time to time, with little collections like this one. I was just reminded that I really want to make my mocha hazelnut cake again. It's not everyday I come...
