I'm not saying dessert is the most important thing in life. Far from it. But a really good homemade dessert is a pretty nice perk.

And once you've come up with over 900 easy and creative dessert recipes, it's a little hard to slow down. I've got the wind at my back :)

This Mint Cold Brew Ice Cream Pie was inspired by our local coffee shop ~ it was the drink that saved me on one especially hot and humid day.
