​Coffee Chocolate Chip Shortbread Cookies​

Coffee and chocolate is one of the defining flavor combinations on my site, and that's because it personally drives me wild. The toasty warmth of coffee with rich chocolate forms the base for so many of my favorites.

You'll need espresso powder to make these recipes. Espresso powder is basically brewed espresso that’s been dehydrated into a fine, concentrated powder. It dissolves completely, unlike finely ground espresso beans.

​Blueberry Zucchini Muffins​

"I made this recipe this afternoon for our Bed and Breakfat guests. The muffins rose so high after the I let them sit for about 45 minutes and were so delicous. The lemon glaze adds a nice finish! Thanks for the recipe – I can always count on you for successful cooking and baking!!"
