My husband and I are on a salad-for-dinner kick and loving it. This Italian chop chop? Total obsession.

It's a hearty salad based on a classic Italian sandwich piled high with deli meats, provolone, peppers and marinated veggies ~ yum!

I love to make delicious food, photograph it, and write about it, but mostly, I just love to EAT. Isn’t that what it’s all about? My recipes are bold and vibrant, but totally approachable ~ and my philosophy? We should all have the tools to feed ourselves well, and the confidence to cut loose a little in the kitchen. Food should be fun.

Hey friends❣️ I'm doing a little comfort baking today. Tuck any of these bars into a lunchbox, backpack, or work tote. Does anybody do bake sales anymore? Hey friends❣️ Happy Sunday (and Easter and Passover!) I’ve had a fun week ~ we spent a couple of days in beautiful Minneapolis for a Springsteen concert.
