Blueberry Pie 🥧 + the EASIEST Pie Crust I've Ever Made!

Hey friends❣️

If you haven't made a fruit pie this summer, this is your wake up call!

Blueberry Pie

One of the highlights of my summer is the one afternoon I set aside at least once a year to make a full on fruit pie. This year it's blueberry and it turned out so great. It's literally bursting with berries, and the lattice crust was so easy, I even made a video to show you how.

I freely admit I've never been a pie crust person ~ I've always found it fiddly to make and I avoided it whenever possible ~ so you can trust me when I say this is the only way to make pie crust. What used to be a chore is now fun!

If you can press the button on your food processor, you can make fabulous pie crust.

Blueberry Muffins 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Super delicious recipe! My family says the muffins are better than the ones we had in Maine. Definitely recommend using wild blueberries if possible, but we’ve also used chocolate chips and the result was great as well!

I love to make delicious food, photograph it, and write about it, but mostly, I just love to EAT. Isn’t that what it’s all about? My recipes are bold and vibrant, but totally approachable ~ and my philosophy? We should all have the tools to feed ourselves well, and the confidence to cut loose a little in the kitchen. Food should be fun!

MEYER LEMON HUMMUS

Hey friends❣️ My naturally vegan Meyer lemon hummus dip is so easy and so silky it makes store-bought feel kind of pointless. Meyer Lemon Hummus We’re hummus people…always have been. It’s been our go-to appetizer or snack for decades, and while taste in hummus can vary, I maintain that there are a few qualities every great hummus must have: It must be silky smooth (I can’t abide a grainy hummus) It must be rich in tahini for a luxe satisfying experience And it must not have a harsh acidic...
