Full disclosure, I'm not a sports fan. As they say, I just come for the food :) But I know many of you guys are superfans, so today I'm sharing some game day worthy snacks. But first, a couple of my latest recipes... which, come to think of it, could definitely be a part of an upscale game day spread!

My love for artichokes knows no bounds, and I've finally made my own marinated artichokes so I don't have to suffer those awful store bought jars.

I use them as the centerpiece of my latest appetizer platter!
