I saw someone make a wreath salad on TikTok the other day and I was charmed by the way it comes together. The trick is so simple but I'd never thought to arrange a salad like this. It's the perfect nod to Earth Day.

And can I just say, flaky Maldon sea salt on hard cooked eggs...nirvana.

​Spring Wreath Salad​

Another favorite of mine is an absolute showstopper. Cowboy caviar is gorgeous, but also healthy and absolutely irresistible. I use the kitchen tool that gives more pleasure than any other ~ my Alligator Chopper. (The key is to get the metal version, the cheaper plastic ones break.)

There's something so satisfying about making perfectly diced and minced food in a single swipe. I use it for salsa (like this one and this one) and salads (like this one and this one!)
