I can’t stop thinking about these biscuit pancakes


Hey friends❣️

I had the most amazing breakfast at a restaurant on Valentine’s morning ~ and then proceeded to annoy my family by talking about it nonstop for days afterward (right up until I started testing recipes to recreate it.)

The gravy was easy ~ I’ve made country gravy plenty of times. But the biscuit pancakes? Those took some serious testing. I finally cracked the code, (and it's only 2 ingredients!)

Fair warning: country gravy is not pretty. At all. But ladled over tender, fluffy biscuit pancakes, it becomes pure comfort-food magic.
