Happy Sunday!

Last Sunday everybody bailed on dinner at the last minute, so we found ourselves with a feast for two that carried us through the next few days. There are worse dinner emergencies, I have to admit.

Not everything I test makes it to publication, but this marinated hummus platter absolutely will. It’s colorful, fresh, and so good with warm pita bread or baked pita chips ~ it could easily be dinner. Keep an eye out for it this week.

My Glazed Old Fashioned Doughnut Cake is back with fresh photos and a new video. First published in 2018 and shared more than 72,000 times, this recipe didn’t need a single tweak.

It’s baked in a simple Bundt pan, flipped upside down, and glazed so it looks just like a giant old fashioned doughnut. Still a winner.
