Happy Sunday!

We're celebrating my youngest daughter's birthday here tonight but I still haven't settled on a menu. Good thing I'm up early.

I'm thinking tacos ~ maybe my Instant Pot barbacoa or short ribs. I could make Mexican street corn salad but I'll probably default to corn on the cob to make my life easier.

Speaking of corn I'm testing Mexican street corn chowder tomorrow, I'm so excited. In fact the new summer recipes are piling up faster than I can get them out to you, so it should be a good week!

Fresh Strawberry Shortbread Cookies

You guys have the best ideas~ reader MB commented on these cookies this morning:
