Chocolate crunch cake has been all over social media lately, and eventually curiosity got the better of me. You know how that goes. One minute you’re scrolling, the next minute you’re standing in the kitchen with a box of cornflakes and a jar of Nutella.

Hummingbird Cake Bars

"This was a super easy recipe with all the “hummingbird cake” feel minus the laborious tasks that come with a three layer cake. Made it last weekend, doubled for a 9×13 and making it again tonight for mom’s day tomorrow. My only variation was adding toasted coconut on top of frosting with the pecan halves. I also relaxed the lemon juice in icing with pineapple juice – ahhhh-mazing! Thank you!!"
