I'm definitely on a roll lately, can you tell? I mean any week I can publish Tomato Melts, Boursin Butter, and No-Bake Chocolate Cheesecake is a good week in my book. And I'm finishing strong with a phenomenal quick bread~

Blueberry Poppy Seed Bread (one bowl)

It's soft and moist, loaded with berries, and has my signature crunchy crackly top. Slice it nice and thick, sit down with a cup of something steamy and give it a taste test. Don't talk with your mouth full, I already know what you'll say: 👍🏼 💯

I saw this recipe the day you posted and knew I had to make it. I’ve tried multiple recipes of yours and always, always get an excellent result. This recipe along with a long list of other recipes did not disappoint. This satiating dish was full of flavor and enjoyed by all. P.S. I’ve made your Tuscan Chicken multiple times and people actually request it by name. That one is a real winner too! Thank you Sue!!!
