One of my most popular pumpkin recipes is pie, no surprise there. It's a delicious classic, but I'm always up for a fabulous pumpkin crisp or a pumpkin cake. And my mouth waters just thinking about these pumpkin bars.

When I do crave that silky pumpkin spice custard I bypass the crust and go for the gold. These little pots are insanely delicious.

I've been using Weck jars for years, both personally and in my work here. These German glass jars come in all sorts of shapes and sizes, and I use them for serving and storing food. Great for holiday food gifts, too.

For pot de creme I'll use the smaller 4–6 oz size jars like these:

I loved Thomas’ date nut bread and was so disappointed they discontinued it–until I found your recipe! I’ve made it several times using dark brown sugar and adding 1/2 tsp cinnamon–terrific!
