You know it, I know it, it's been around for generations. But do you really know how to get the most from your little can of pumpkin this year?

​Libby's Pumpkin Pie Recipe (everything the label doesn't tell you)

A little tweak I'm making this year...

Libby’s classic spice blend is simple ~ cinnamon, ginger, and cloves ~ and it absolutely works. But my little secret? A good pinch of ground mace (mace = the lacy outer aril surrounding the nutmeg seed.) It has a soft warm flavor, like nutmeg, but better, that I'm obsessed with this season. It makes the pumpkin custard perfect. Happy baking! 🥧
