Hey friends❣️

Shortbread is one of my signature recipes, no question. I first got hooked on it in Los Angeles, of all places, after a thick chocolate chip shortbread cookie at a coffee shop. That was enough to send me down the rabbit hole.

For cookie season I’ve gathered 25 of my shortbread recipes in one place. Use them as a starting point for fall baking now, and for holiday cookies later.

And to think it all starts with the simplest formula: butter + flour + sugar.
