Hey friendsβ£οΈ Not all of us have an outdoor grill. I have a gas grill but it hasn't gotten hooked up at our new house, so I'll be moving the burgers inside this year. I'll pull out my sheet pan and throw open the kitchen windows! Sheet Pan Smashburgers Honestly I don't mind, these smashburgers are always a hit (it's probably my special sauce!) It checks all of the boxes: β not complicated β delicious β foolproof β year-round (just swap out the filling) β easy to transport, slice, and serve It's what I consider a 'forever recipe', it's part of my baking DNA. I turn to it often and it always has my back. I've made it a million ways and I'm still not sick of it.
