How’s your weekend going? I’m coming off a busy stretch in the kitchen ~ and I’m looking forward to sharing it all with you. Here’s your sneak peek:

We were in the mood for sandwiches for dinner and came up with a couple of uniquely delicious recipes. We also discovered a light baguette/roll at Whole Foods that I’m now obsessed with. The sandwich dinner is officially back!

And yes, there was baking. Lemon + chocolate in a bar dessert. And cheesecake again, but mini. It’s going to be a very good week.
