If you’re cooking winter squash right now, save the seeds. Acorn, butternut, delicata, spaghetti squash and more roast up crisp and seriously snackable.

And while giant jack-o’-lantern seeds can be tough as cardboard, smaller cooking and pie pumpkins have more tender seeds that are delicious roasted.
