🍀 This Mousse Has No Business Being This Good

Hey friends❣️

🍀 This happened when I whipped Baileys Irish Cream!

Baileys Irish Cream Mousse

I call this one of my 'emergency desserts', it's a no-bake wonder that you can whip up in a matter of minutes. The texture is light and creamy, and the flavor is layered with chocolate, vanilla, coffee, and a lingering hint of Baileys. It's not overly sweet and none of the flavors hits you over the head. I think you'll love it.

I'm in full Irish mode right now, how about you?

Brooklyn Blackout Cake 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

"This is a great cake and my family has been making the same cake for over 50 years. In our family it’s called Black Magic Cake, same cake ingredients but the frosting was different. I used this recipe but did not do the crumb and cupcake business, however I did make the filling. The “frosting” is thin, but I used a separate shallow bowl to cool it and just kept adding layers with my off set spatula. It took a little time, but it wasn’t hard and was worth the effort. When it was done I dusted the top with a little cocoa and espresso powder mix -Delish!"

I love to make delicious food, photograph it, and write about it, but mostly, I just love to EAT. Isn’t that what it’s all about? My recipes are bold and vibrant, but totally approachable ~ and my philosophy? We should all have the tools to feed ourselves well, and the confidence to cut loose a little in the kitchen. Food should be fun!
