Traditional Irish Farmhouse Recipes for Fall ☘️

Hey friends❣️

Are you ready to get cozy? I thought so.

Irish Farmhouse Recipes

We're taking our inspiration from the Irish countryside for cozy meals, quick satisfying breads, and warming drinks right now.

Nobody does comfort food like the Irish, so I'm digging into this collection for dinner tonight. Dublin Coddle and Guinness bread, or soda bread, I think!

With only basic ingredients like flour, salt, baking soda, and buttermilk you can have a hot loaf of bread on the table in under an hour!

I love to make delicious food, photograph it, and write about it, but mostly, I just love to EAT. Isn’t that what it’s all about? My recipes are bold and vibrant, but totally approachable ~ and my philosophy? We should all have the tools to feed ourselves well, and the confidence to cut loose a little in the kitchen. Food should be fun!

shrimp packet dinner

Hey friends❣️ Fresh, light, and full of bright Mediterranean flavor, today’s shrimp packet dinner feels like a welcome shift after a winter of heavier meals. Juicy shrimp, sweet burst tomatoes, briny olives, and slivers of red onion mingle with lemon and herbs to create a silky sauce that soaks right into the orzo underneath. It’s colorful, satisfying, and endlessly adaptable ~ one of those meals you can make on repeat and never get bored. Greek Shrimp with Orzo Get the recipe Dinner's in the...

biscuit pancakes

The gravy was easy ~ I’ve made country gravy plenty of times. But the biscuit pancakes? Those took some serious testing. I finally cracked the code, (and it's only 2 ingredients!) Fair warning: country gravy is not pretty. At all. But ladled over tender, fluffy...
