Make it a sandwich night 👍🏼

It’s funny because my husband and I have both been leaning slightly low carb lately, so sandwiches haven’t really been on our radar.

But that all changed last week when ham and jam came into our lives.

Smoky ham, creamy-tart goat cheese, and sweet-savory jam turns out to be an incredibly winning combo. And the bread I happened to pick up at Whole Foods? It blew us away.

Now I literally can’t stop dreaming up sandwich dinners...

My husband and I became obsessed with this bread. I’ve never had anything quite like it.

Turns out it’s a Spanish-style bread made for tapas, with an incredibly airy, crisp texture ~ the exact opposite of so many heavy American sandwich rolls.
