The Perfect Easter Dessert (+ What to Serve With It) 🙌

Hey friends❣️

I tweaked Ina's recipe and made it just a little bit better!

Ina Garten's Cauliflower Gratin

Among all the celebrity chefs Ina’s recipes are consistently the most reliable. She’s known for being a meticulous recipe tester and it shows. But good food is an art, and artists can approach the same subject from slightly different angles with equally great results. And when you start with something amazing and make it a little bit better, everybody wins.

I love gratins ~ it's that crunchy cheesy crust that gets me every time. Easter is a good excuse to try my Onion Gratin or my Tomatoes Provencal. My Asparagus Gratin is a no brainer.

The PERFECT Lemon Cheesecake

Words can't describe how much I love this cheesecake ~ it's perfect for an Easter finale.

homemade kefir

Hey friends❣️ My son-in-law taught me how to make kefir and I'm excited to share it with you! All you need is 2 ingredients and a jar, and it's a nice change from yogurt (with even more probiotics!) It's been a helpful next step on my personal journey to better eating and making my calories count. I...

But almond flour gets equal billing in this recipe and...
