I'm all set up to dye eggs with my 2 year old granddaughter this morning, I've got the eggs, the dyes, the vinegar...and lots of towels. I can't wait 🥚

Chopped Asparagus Salad

There are so many traditional Easter foods, from glazed ham and leg of lamb to that epic carrot cake everybody looks forward to each year. But don't forget those all important salads, they add a light bright element to your Easter table and can fit into brunch or dinner menus.

My colorful crunchy asparagus salad is a family favorite, so we make it every year no matter what else is on the menu!
